Xiaomi's New Mi Robot Vacuum Mop-P Revolutionizes Home Cleaning in India
Xiaomi has introduced its latest IoT product, the Mi Robot Vacuum Mop-P, in India. The device, priced at Rs 17,999 during its crowdfunding phase, is set to revolutionise home cleaning.
The Mi Robot Vacuum Mop-P, showcased at Rs 17,999, will start shipping from September 15. It boasts 12 multi-directional sensors and a dedicated LDS navigation system for precise cleaning. Post-crowdfunding, the price will rise to Rs 24,999.
Xiaomi aims to manufacture such IoT products locally once the Indian market is large enough. Currently, most IoT devices are imported, but Xiaomi has taken a step towards localisation with its Mi Robot Vacuum Mop-P. The company has set an initial target of selling 10,000 units during the crowdfunding phase, offering early bird discounts and pre-order options.
The Mi Robot Vacuum Mop-P is Xiaomi's latest addition to its popular IoT product range, which includes TVs, smart bulbs, air and water purifiers, and smart bands. With its advanced features and competitive pricing, the robot vacuum cleaner is expected to gain significant traction in the Indian market. Xiaomi continues to expand its IoT portfolio, recently launching the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 and Mi Box 4K streaming device.
