WWDC 2025: Significant Redesigns Anticipated for watchOS 12 and tvOS 19
Apple is rumored to be revamping the design of its operating systems, with the upcoming iOS 19 potentially introducing a translucent and glass-like interface, inspired by the visionOS used in its Vision Pro headset. In addition to the revamped iOS 19 design, there are rumors that Apple is looking to make iPads more Mac-like with the launch of iPadOS 19. This could mean improvements to multitasking, app window management, and productivity, as well as the addition of a Mac-style menu bar when an iPad is connected to one of Apple's Magic Keyboards.
The design of visionOS is expected to influence the changes in the other operating systems, with visionOS 3 said to be receiving some adjustments in areas where changes make sense for a headset.
