Website Uses Matomo for User Experience Analysis
This website uses Matomo, a web analytics service provided by InnoCraft Ltd., to understand and improve user experience. When you visit, a script 'matomo.js' runs, setting a cookie 'matomoTracking'.
Matomo operates on the legal basis of user consent, as per Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. It generates a unique user fingerprint, combining the IP address, visited pages, referrer, duration, and frequency of calls. This data is hosted on ITZBund's servers for the Federal Statistical Office.
The service, formerly known as Piwik, was renamed to Matomo in 2018. It's based in Wellington, New Zealand, with InnoCraft Ltd. acting as the provider.
