Tunisian AI Startup ClusterLab Secures $600K for Innovative Language Tools

Tunisian-born AI startup ClusterLab has secured $600,000 in pre-seed funding. The company, based in the UAE, is the innovator behind Reedz, an AI-powered language translation tool that supports over 80 languages. The funding round was led by prominent investors including Karim Beguir, early supporters of InstaDeep.

ClusterLab specializes in artificial intelligence and natural language processing technology. The company was founded in 2020 by Haithem Kchaou and Chehir Dhaouadi in Tunisia. Co-founder and CEO Haithem Kchaou highlighted the company's expertise, stating that their technology surpasses the current surge of large language models.

The pre-seed funding will primarily support ClusterLab's research and development initiatives. One key project is enhancing Reedz, an Arabic audiobook summarization app. The tool uses AI to provide summaries of audiobooks in Arabic, making it more accessible to users.
