Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will lead product discovery and definition with a cross-functional team, including engineers, QA specialists, data analysts, and tech support. Collaborating with stakeholders like traders, research, and engineering teams, you will identify risk exposures, incident patterns, and priority trader requirements.
Your primary focus will be on driving the development and execution of risk management products covering controls, monitoring, and incident response. Alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements is essential, as is the research and analysis of competitive practices for trading risk frameworks and operational resilience.
Maintaining and enhancing operational resilience to safeguard trading systems across thousands of markets is a key responsibility.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong execution skills to deliver risk-related product initiatives aligned with business and compliance needs. Relevant experience in product management, preferably in trading or financial technology sectors, is required, with 3 to 6 years of experience being ideal.
Experience with incident response processes and rapid mitigation strategies in a trading context is highly valuable. Candidates should be able to work in fast-paced environments involving complex trading operations and market risks.
