Marvel Rivals' first season is off to a smashing start, boasting over a hundred thousand active players across console and PC. Fans are getting acquainted with Mr. Fantastic and The Invisible Woman, with The Thing and Human Torch set to join the fray in a few weeks.
Curious about what new outfits are on the horizon? I've got you covered! Some skins have been teased by NetEase themselves, while others will be inspired by comic book looks we haven't seen yet. Here's what we know so far:
Starting off with a Chinese New Year twist, we have the Jade Maiden Mantis and Sorcerer Immortal Doctor Strange skins, debuting on January 17th. If you're a fan of the vampire theme from Season 1, keep your eyes peeled for Winter Soldier's Black Panther and Psylocke skins. These vampire-inspired looks are hinted at in the artwork for the current season.
Additionally, we're excited about Spider-Man and Peni Parker skins designed by the talented Peach Momoko, a familiar face in the Marvel Snap community. There's already a Wanda skin inspired by the Hellfire Gala, and more dressed-up Hellfire Gala looks are expected to follow suit.
Other upcoming themes might include Gothic Recursion, Clashing Lions, and 60th Wedding Anniversary. Clashing Lions might be connected to a special event featuring a unique game mode, while the 60th Wedding Anniversary suggests Reed and Sue's wedding in 1965, with Reed sporting a tux instead of his usual Fantastic Four attire.
