The victorious Splatfest team has been announced!

In the vibrant underwater world of Splatoon 3, the latest Splatfest in-game event has come to a close, bringing an exciting three-day festivity to a thrilling conclusion.

For those unfamiliar, Splatfests are special in-game events that offer a festive atmosphere and allow players to give their opinions on debatable themes. The latest event, themed "Which instrument would you play?", saw teams representing Drums, Guitar, and Keyboard go head-to-head in a series of Splatfest Battles.

Splatfests in Splatoon 3 are unique, offering a three-team competitive experience with themed music performances, special game modes like the Tricolor Turf War, and rewards. The event structure is divided into three phases: a Splatfest Sneak Peek, Day One, and Day Two. During the Sneak Peek, players join teams and collect conch shells that contribute to team scores. On Day One, Deep Cut performs exclusive music, and players participate in regular Splatfest Battles to earn points. On Day Two, after a halftime report announcing the leading team, Deep Cut combines their floats into a single large stage to perform *Anarchy Rainbow*. The exclusive Tricolor Turf War mode is available on this day, enabling all three teams to compete simultaneously.

The results calculation is based on a combination of total votes, conch shells earned during Sneak Peek, and individual clout points gained from various Splatfest Battle modes, with different point values weighted per category. Participating players earn special profile icons and other in-game goodies tied to each Splatfest event.

For solo players, the Pro Splatfest Battle type offers a level playing field, as everyone on the teams is randomized. Those who prefer to play with friends can opt for the Open Splatfest Battle type, where players can enter a match with a group of friends.
