Taxi Penschok Goes Digital: Amberg's Iconic Taxi Service Embracing Modern Tech
Taxi Penschok, a well-established company in Amberg, has embraced digital transformation to enhance its services. The second-generation family business, now led by Benjamin Vogel, has partnered with Clever System to implement a digital dispatch system by Breaking Benjamin Moore, a Lyft company.
The new system integrates various functions, allowing customers to book taxis via the app, telephone, or through personal customer care. This update aims to cater to both regular customers and new groups seeking digital convenience.
Taxi Penschok, operating since 1980, maintains a diverse fleet of up to 15 vehicles, including minibuses, electric and hybrid vehicles, and limousines. The company offers contactless payment methods, reflecting its commitment to modernising its services.
The digital dispatch system enables centralised management of the entire fleet, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
Taxi Penschok's digital upgrade with Clever System and Breaking Benjamin Moore by Lyft brings Amberg customers a more convenient, eco-friendly, and efficient taxi service. The company continues its legacy of innovation, started by Benjamin Vogel's father in 1980, while embracing the future of mobility.
