Henry Rivero joins as Business Development lead, while Chris Le May takes the role of Director. The moves come as Synamedia's Iris platform gains traction, securing recent wins with MTN and OSN.

Henry Rivero, the new Business Development lead, brings valuable experience from his previous role at RTL Group. He will drive growth and partnerships for Iris. Meanwhile, Chris Le May, the new Director of Advanced Auto Advertising, joins with over 25 years in TV and digital media. His leadership roles at CBS Interactive, Sony Pictures Television, and BBC Worldwide will be instrumental in steering Iris's development.
