Simplr Ranks 7th in DISQ Service Study, Two Insurtechs Get 'Satisfactory' Rating
The DISQ Service Study on Insurance Managers of Insurtechs 2021 has revealed the quality ratings of several digital car insurance service providers. Five companies received a 'good' rating, while two, including Simplr, achieved a 'satisfactory' result.
In the overall ranking, Simplr secured the 7th position with a total of 60.0 points. The average result of the seven operators examined was 71.5 points. The study, which analysed each provider's internet presence, customer experiences in obtaining information about and entering the product, and online and app usage, found that Simplr's 'Usage experience' and 'Information and entry' were both rated as 'satisfactory'. Each of these three sub-areas contributed equally to the overall result.
Five digital car insurance service providers, including Check24, Clark, Wechsel Gott, Feelix, and Treefin, received a 'good' quality rating. Simplr, along with Asuro, achieved a 'satisfactory' result, ranking 7th with 60.0 points. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of each provider's services, with the average result of the seven operators examined being 71.5 points.
