Ruger Unveils 10/22 Carbon Fiber Rifle With Match-Grade Barrel
Ruger has unveiled a new variant of its iconic 10/22 rifle, the Carbon Fiber model. This latest addition boasts a match-grade chamber and a muzzle brake, along with a sleek carbon fiber sleeve around a stainless steel core. The special accessories, such as the Magpul MOE X-22 cheek rest and Grey Birch modular stock, are manufactured by Magpul Industries.
The Ruger 10/22 Carbon Fiber features a 16.1" barrel, providing a balance between accuracy and maneuverability. The carbon fiber sleeve not only enhances the rifle's appearance but also reduces its weight, making it more comfortable to handle. Speaking of weight, the standard Carbon Fiber model tips the scales at 4.2 lbs, while the version equipped with the Magpul MOE X-22 stock weighs a mere 3.5 lbs.
The rifle comes with Ruger's renowned BX trigger, ensuring smooth and precise shots. It also uses a 10-round rotary box-magazine, providing ample firepower for target practice or small game hunting. The Custom Shop models, priced at $1,129, offer even more customization and performance enhancements.
With an MSRP of $649, the Ruger 10/22 Carbon Fiber offers excellent value for money. Its combination of accuracy, durability, and customization options makes it a popular choice among shooters. As one of the most widely produced .22 rimfires rifles ever made, the 10/22 continues to set the standard in its class.
