Recruitment firm ADECCO Group reveals Olympic cycling champion Fabian Cancellara as the godfather of their flagship WIN4YOUTH program.

The Adecco Group, a leading workforce solutions provider based in Zurich, Switzerland, has launched its 2017 Win4Youth programme. This global initiative aims to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children and their families by providing financial support to various youth development foundations worldwide.

The godfather of this year's Win4Youth programme is Fabian Cancellara, a multiple World and double Olympic champion Swiss cyclist. Cancellara, known as the 'Godfather of Swiss Cycling', has expressed his support for the programme, stating that it helps people worldwide who have struggled to find work due to various factors.

The Win4Youth programme involves employees, associates, and clients in more than 60 countries. Participants can take part in sports events, such as swimming, cycling, or running, and for every kilometre they complete, a donation is made to youth development programmes at six selected foundations.

This year, the six foundations supported by Win4Youth are: Ashinaga The Tohoku Rainbow Project (Japan), Graeme Dingle Foundation Career Navigator program (New Zealand), Macmillan Cancer Support Working through cancer Programme (UK), Take Stock in Children (North America), The Children and Youth Foundation (CYF) in Finland (http://www.nuori.fi/en/), and the EPIDE Etablissement pour l'insertion dans l'emploi in France (www.epide.fr).

Cancellara will participate in several Win4Youth events and the grand finale, the Gavà Triathlon close to Sitges, Spain in September 2017.
