Recruitment agency ADECCO designates a new Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications and Global Marketing Alliances
In a significant move, the world's largest human resource solutions provider, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, has announced the appointment of Stephan Howeg as the new Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications and Global Marketing Partnerships.
Stephan Howeg, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global business and communications management, will take on his new role on February 1, 2007. His responsibilities will encompass our group's global Public Relations, Internal Communications, and worldwide marketing partnerships, including sponsorships.
Prior to this appointment, Howeg held various senior positions in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Investor Relations, and Public Affairs. He was the Chief Communications Officer for cablecom, the leading Swiss cable operator in Switzerland, from 05/03 until 12/06. Before that, he served as the Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing Communications for Sunrise (TDC Switzerland AG) from 10/97 until 01/01.
Howeg also held the position of Senior Vice President responsible for Corporate Communications & Investor Relations for Ascom, an international Telecommunications supplier active in more than 15 countries, from 02/01 until 04/03.
Born and educated in Switzerland, Howeg holds a University degree from the University of Zurich.
