Preparing for IBC 2025, BirdDog Technologies Unveils Innovative Camera, Connectivity, and Control Solutions

BirdDog Technologies Unveils Expanded Product Portfolio for IBC 2025

BirdDog Technologies, a leading provider of PTZ cameras, IP connectivity, and workflow solutions, is set to attend IBC 2025 in Amsterdam with a host of new product releases. The company's focus for this year is on enhancing live production environments, catering to both professional broadcast and the influencer/creator economy.

At the heart of BirdDog's 2025 offerings are second-generation PTZ cameras, designed to improve image quality and operational workflows. These cameras are part of a complete lineup of easy-to-use, deployable solutions, along with advanced switching solutions, all aimed at professional production.

IP-based workflows are another key area of emphasis for BirdDog. The company is integrating its technologies into various production systems, educational platforms, and live streaming setups to enhance connectivity and compatibility. This focus on IP connectivity is expected to further strengthen BirdDog's position in delivering high-performance PTZ and IP solutions.

To improve user accessibility worldwide, new updates to BirdDog's camera interfaces include multi-language support. This feature will make their products more accessible to a global audience.

Beyond PTZ cameras and IP connectivity, BirdDog is demonstrating additional products at IBC 2025. One such offering is the MAKI Studio production solution, designed to provide comprehensive solutions for live video workflows, including streaming and production.

Another new product is an outdoor, weatherproof camera for remote operation in applications like sports and weather. This camera will allow for flexible and reliable remote broadcasting in adverse conditions.

BirdDog Connect, a connectivity solution from BirdDog Technologies, allows users to access and control cameras via a secure IP transport protocol. This solution enables various functions needed for video production, such as monitoring, switching, graphics, and audio mixing, to be geographically separated as long as they have an internet connection.

In addition to these products, BirdDog will also showcase the high-end XL-BirdDog, a PTZ camera featuring a 4/3-inch digital image sensor, and the MAKI Live professional stream camera, both of which are part of BirdDog's strategy to fill various niches in the market.

CEO Dan Miall will be discussing these product introductions at IBC 2025. The MAKI Live professional stream camera and MAKI Studio production solution are not related to the high-end XL-BirdDog or the outdoor, weatherproof camera offerings.

BirdDog Technologies continues to innovate in the live video industry, with these new products representing a significant step forward in delivering high-quality, versatile solutions for diverse live production environments.
