NTT DATA & AWS Team Up for AI-Driven Contact Centre Solutions
NTT DATA and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have joined forces to deliver advanced chat gpt centre solutions. The collaboration, sealed with a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA), focuses on industries with complex customer lifecycles, such as financial services, healthcare, and retail. The partnership aims to accelerate the global adoption of AI-enabled customer experience (CX) connections.
NTT DATA will introduce Managed Customer Experience (MCX) for Connect, a modular platform built on Amazon Connect's cloud-based infrastructure. This platform will offer tailored solutions including voice and digital channels, reporting and analytics, AI-driven services, and integration with business applications.
The MCX platform will incorporate Amazon Connect's AI features to support more efficient and personalised customer interactions. NTT DATA will lead global delivery, implementation, hosting, security, and managed services, with solutions expected to roll out to clients in the coming months.
Initially, the partnership will prioritise telecommunications, manufacturing, and finance industries for rapidly implementing cloud-based customer service centres worldwide.
Through this collaboration, NTT DATA and AWS aim to help clients achieve faster implementation, more personalised interactions, and data-driven engagement. The partnership supports the international adoption of AI-enabled CX solutions, with a focus on industries with complex customer lifecycles.
