In a groundbreaking move, ultra-luxe car brand Bugatti has introduced a new vehicle named Brouillard. This one-off hypercar is the first to roll out of Bugatti's in-house coachbuilding division, known as Programme Solitaire, which specialises in crafting exclusive, bespoke vehicles that blend heritage and innovation.

The Bugatti Brouillard is a testament to Bugatti's commitment to pushing the boundaries of automotive design. It boasts an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine producing an impressive 1,578 horsepower and 1,180 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The car’s design is inspired by Ettore Bugatti’s favourite horse, "Brouillard," which means fog in French. The Brouillard vehicle showcases a distinctive horseshoe-shaped front grille, LED headlights inspired by the Bugatti Mistral, a fixed ducktail rear wing, wide rear diffuser, and redesigned exhaust system. Its chassis is a sophisticated blend of carbon fiber and lightweight aluminum, resulting in a low and long silhouette with a sporty yet classic presence.

Inside, the cabin is a masterclass in luxury, featuring luxurious materials such as Parisian fabrics, green-tinted carbon fiber, and a handwoven tartan pattern with horse silhouettes embroidered. A glass-mounted horse sculpture adorns the gear shifter, adding a touch of bespoke artistry.

The Brouillard marks the beginning of the Programme Solitaire, which aims to create only two such one-off masterpieces annually, emphasising exclusivity and collectible value. It stylistically draws inspiration from models like the Mistral, Divo, and La Voiture Noire, combining cutting-edge aerodynamics with a homage to classic Bugatti design language.

The Brouillard will be showcased at Monterey Car Week this month, and for those who cannot attend, an image gallery is available. For suggestions regarding animal-themed supercars, feel free to contact us at [contact_email].
