The German Historical Museum in Berlin is set to receive top-notch care and preservation, as Spie has been commissioned by the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) for another five years.

Spie, a company with over two decades of experience in managing special buildings, will ensure that the museum's cultural treasures are presented and preserved under the best possible conditions. The technical systems to be managed at the museum include heating, ventilation, sanitation, climate control, fire and safety technology, and energy consulting.

Stefan Schusterschitz, the head of the Efficient Facilities division at Spie Germany Switzerland Austria, will oversee the management of the museum. He is also responsible for the technical facility management of several other significant buildings in Berlin, including the Pei Building, the Neue Wache, and the museum depot. Spie's recent contract renewal for these sites further solidifies its commitment to maintaining Berlin's cultural and historical landmarks.

For another five years, Spie will contribute its technical expertise to the German Historical Museum. This includes the technical operation and maintenance of all technical systems at the museum.
