MiyaHealth Raises SGD 2.4M, Expanding AI-Driven Health Services Across Europe and SEA
MiyaHealth, a digital healthcare solutions provider, has secured SGD 2.4 million in a pre-Series A extension round, bringing its total fundraise to SGD 10.4 million. The company plans to use the funds to expand its AI-driven services across Europe and Southeast Asia.
MiyaHealth's expansion plans follow a series of successful fundraisings by other tech companies in the region. MediBuddy, a digital health platform, raised USD 18 million, building on its Series C round in 2022 and Series B round in 2021. Meanwhile, Facets.cloud, a cloud-based data management platform, secured USD 4 million in seed funding to expand into the US market and enhance its product offerings.
In the automotive sector, Hozon Auto has secured RMB 7 billion in crossover financing to support its expansion into overseas markets. Avatr, an electric vehicle startup, has secured RMB 3 billion in a Series B funding round, backed by Chang'an Automobile and CATL, a leading battery manufacturer.
These investments and partnerships reflect the growing interest in Southeast Asia's tech and automotive sectors. Superbank's partnership with Genesis to launch a USD 40 million financing facility for Indonesian startups, and CP Group's partnership with LDA Capital to launch a USD 2 billion private fund for the region's middle market, further underscore this trend. As these companies expand and secure funding, the region's tech ecosystem continues to thrive.
