Light & Wonder Appoints Rohan Gallagher as EVP & Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Light & Wonder has appointed Rohan Gallagher as its new Executive Vice President and Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Gallagher brings a wealth of experience in finance and investor relations, having worked for prominent corporations like Aristocrat and Jarden Group.

Before joining Light & Wonder, Gallagher served as Managing Director at Jarden Group. His extensive experience in finance and investor relations will be crucial in his new role, as he will oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, Investor Relations, and Global Communications. Gallagher is eager to leverage his industry knowledge and success to drive growth and enhance stakeholder engagement at Light & Wonder.

Light & Wonder's Chief Financial Officer, Oliver Chow, welcomes Gallagher's appointment. Chow believes Gallagher's expertise will significantly contribute to the company's ongoing expansion. In line with this growth, Light & Wonder has recently obtained B2B licenses in the United Arab Emirates and from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
