LG Unveils CLOi CarryBot Family: Autonomous Robots Streamline Warehouse Operations
LG Business Solutions has unveiled the LG CLOi CarryBot family, a range of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) designed to streamline product movement in warehouses. The robots, developed by LG Electronics' business solutions division, can navigate complex floor plans and reduce physical strain on workers.
The LG CLOi CarryBot family includes two models: the Mounting Type and the Rolltainer Type. The Mounting Type is ideal for smaller packages or tight spaces, featuring two shelves measuring 30 inches wide and 16.5 inches deep. The Rolltainer Type offers enhanced payload capacity, accommodating packages up to 29 inches wide and 19 inches deep.
LG CLOi CarryBot offers consistent operation and precise navigation, allowing workers to stay within their zones and increase productivity. It can be programmed for virtually any floor plan with practically unlimited pickup and delivery points. The robots can reach a top speed of 2.7 miles per hour and have a typical runtime of 18.5 hours, with an autonomous dock charge time of 6 hours. They also integrate with various Warehouse Management Systems, including material control, fleet management, and robot management systems.
LG CLOi CarryBot's advanced AMR platform, featuring autonomous navigation and advanced Wi-Fi capabilities, makes it a valuable addition to warehouses. By reducing worker strain and increasing efficiency, the LG CLOi CarryBot family is set to transform warehouse operations.
