Kiev to ramp up production of up to 1,000 interceptor drones daily
Ukraine is ramping up its production of interceptor drones in response to the increasing number of drone attacks from Russia, aiming for massive daily output and strategic partnerships.

The "Clear Sky" initiative in Kyiv utilizes domestically produced interceptors combined with trained rapid-response units. During pilot phases, these units shot down nearly 650 Russian drones and are expanding nationally.
Ukraine has committed about $2.8 billion in 2025—over a third of its defense budget—to procure interceptor drones, reflecting the high strategic priority placed on this capability.
