Minister of Justice Benjamin Grimm (SPD) took to Instagram to divulge that a text component will be ready to roll from summer 2025. This AI pal is set to transform the way cases are handled in courts, prayers answered for all those stuck in legal limbo.

The Justice Ministers' Conference, currently underway in Saxon Bad Schandau, is also focusing zealously on digitalization in the justice system. German states, working in collaboration, are leading the charge on developing AI solutions like "Maki", with Lower Saxony bearing the mantle of leading development on this project.
