Introducing the Bugatti Brouillard: a unique, high-performance hypercar on the market

The automotive world is abuzz with anticipation as Bugatti prepares to unveil its latest masterpiece, the Brouillard, during Monterey Car Week. This unique hypercar is a creation of Bugatti's ultra-exclusive Programme Solitaire department, named after Ettore Bugatti's favourite horse.

The Brouillard is based on the Mistral and shares its powerful 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine, producing around 1,600 horsepower and 1,600 Nm of torque. This incredible engine propels the Brouillard from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.5 seconds and enables it to reach a top speed of 380 km/h (236 mph).

The Brouillard's chassis is a blend of carbon fiber and aluminum, adapted from the Chiron. However, the car's bespoke design elements set it apart, with green-tinted carbon fiber, tartan fabrics, horsehair upholstery, a glass sculpture gear shifter, and a panoramic glass roof.

Programme Solitaire specializes in creating one-off hypercars, aiming to give customers the ability to create a one-of-a-kind vehicle. Only two "masterpieces" will be built per year, making each Brouillard a truly unique automotive art piece.

While the exact price of the Brouillard is yet to be revealed, it is expected to be significantly higher than the Mistral's starting price of $5 million. With an estimated cost exceeding £23 million (around ₹45 crore), the Brouillard represents the pinnacle of bespoke automotive craftsmanship and serves as a tribute to the legendary W16 engine lineage.

As Bugatti bids farewell to the W16 engine era, the Brouillard stands as a testament to the brand's coachbuilding roots, dating back to its founding in 1909. This one-off hypercar is more than just a vehicle; it's a work of art, a symbol of luxury, and a celebration of Bugatti's rich heritage.

The Brouillard will make its public debut during Monterey Car Week, where auto enthusiasts from around the world will have the opportunity to witness this extraordinary creation firsthand. The countdown to the unveiling of the Brouillard has begun, and the world eagerly awaits the reveal of this masterpiece.
