Indian wearables brand Boult undergoes a transformation, now known as GoBoult, aims for a significant revenue of 1,000 crore Indian rupees in the fiscal year 2025-2026.

GOBULTE, formerly known as Boult, is positioning itself as a personal tech brand prepared for the future. After a strong fiscal year, reporting Rs 800 crore in revenue for FY25, nearly double the revenue from two years ago, the company has undergone a rebranding.

This rebranding is a commitment to moving faster, thinking bigger, and taking Indian innovation global. Tarun Gupta, Co-founder of GOBULTE, stated that the company is aiming to deliver a premium experience across all touchpoints of its business.

As part of its premiumization strategy, GOBULTE is prioritizing product innovation, Gen Z design sensibilities, and an omnichannel presence. The company is moving into the Rs 2,000+ average selling price (ASP) segment, focusing on design-oriented wearables, fashion-aligned audio devices, and tech-driven personal gear.

The new name and identity of GOBULTE have been designed to resonate with both Indian and global audiences. GOBULTE's vision is to reach Rs 2,000 crore by 2030.

To facilitate this expansion, GOBULTE is growing its engineering and design teams. The company is expanding its retail presence from 3,000 to over 30,000 stores in various formats over the next 18 months. This retail expansion, combined with a robust product pipeline and global entry strategy, positions the brand for its next growth chapter.

GOBULTE is planning international expansion by next year, with a focus on the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and East Asia. Varun Gupta, the co-founder of GOBULTE, considers the rebrand a personal milestone, reflecting a change in thinking, operating, and building for the brand.

In terms of research and development, GOBULTE is allocating Rs 25 crore to AI-first technology, intelligent hardware, software integration, and intuitive user experiences. The company aims to reach Rs 1,000 crore in revenue for FY26.

The rebranding of GOBULTE is not just about keeping up with change but leading it, according to Varun Gupta. GOBULTE is a personal tech brand prepared for the future, aiming to deliver a premium experience and taking Indian innovation global. The rebranding of GOBULTE is a step towards creating a global Indian tech brand that's as bold as the youth it serves.
