Ideagen Expands EHS Portfolio with Acquisitions of Casper and SafetyStratus
Ideagen, a UK-based software firm, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring two specialist companies: Casper, an aviation compliance expert, and SafetyStratus, a chemical management software provider. This move aims to bolster Ideagen's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management offerings.
Casper brings to Ideagen a robust suite of data analytics tools designed to monitor and assess the environmental impact of airline movements. The company currently serves 60 major airports across 15 countries, providing Ideagen with a strong international presence in aviation EHS management.
SafetyStratus, on the other hand, specialises in chemical management, offering modules for inventory, radiation, hazardous waste, and biosafety. With over 500,000 users worldwide, its acquisition allows Ideagen to tap into the life sciences, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors with its new Ideagen Chemical Management solution.
Ideagen will integrate Casper's technology to enhance its EHS management offerings for aviation customers, while SafetyStratus' chemical management solutions will be offered as Ideagen Chemical Management. This strategic acquisition enables Ideagen to broaden its reach and strengthen its position in the global EHS software market.
