The 'R.I.S.E' architecture, comprising four solutions - Resilient & Reliable Infrastructure, Secure & Sovereign, Innovative & AI Ready, and Enriched Ecosystem - aims to accelerate the nation's intelligent transformation. It builds three effectiveness platforms for applications, data, and AI, supporting efficient supply and use of high-quality data.
Huawei offers government-specific intelligent agents and digital IDs as core capabilities of the digital public platform layer. The architecture's cloud foundation supports intelligent transformation by enabling data aggregation, processing, and value extraction. Huawei provides multiple deployment models, including public cloud, full-stack dedicated cloud, and Huawei Cloud Stack, catering to diverse needs.
The release of the 'R.I.S.E' National Government Cloud reference architecture signals the start of a new era of 'intelligent collaboration' in public service delivery.
