DailyPay, a leading On-Demand Pay platform, has announced the launch of its latest solution - the Frontline Communications solution. This innovative offering aims to provide measurable benefits to employers, strengthening their relationship with their employees and potentially reducing absenteeism.

The Frontline Communications solution is already being offered by many leading employers, including Walmart, Amazon, and McDonald's, to their millions of workers as a financial wellness benefit. It will be available to all employers who offer DailyPay this fall.

The new solution is designed to address the problem of time-consuming and hard-to-manage communication for employers managing a predominantly hourly workforce. By streamlining communication, it is expected to increase employee engagement with the solution, a key factor in reducing absenteeism.

Absenteeism costs companies collectively billions of dollars each year in the U.S., making it a significant concern for employers. According to Gallup research, highly engaged business units experience 78% less absenteeism. Carly Brush, SVP and General Manager of On-Demand Pay and HCM at DailyPay, stated that the solution strengthens DailyPay's role as an employee motivator.

The Frontline Communications solution will be integrated into the DailyPay app, where workers already check their available balance. This integration aims to make communication seamless and accessible for employees, further enhancing its potential to increase engagement and reduce absenteeism.

In a new employer study commissioned by DailyPay, the platform ranks as the #1 adopted financial wellness benefit. The majority (55%) of those polled say DailyPay is among the top 3 overall benefits employees voluntarily engage with. In terms of adoption, only healthcare benefits ranked higher among total employer-offered benefits, according to the survey.

In addition to the Frontline Communications solution, DailyPay's platform includes cash back offers, a credit health product, savings jars, and other financial wellness solutions.
