Freedom Finance's CEO, Timur Turlov, revealed plans for integrating finance, telecommunications, and media sectors.

In a significant move, Freedom Finance, the leading financial services company, has announced its transformation into a digital conglomerate. The company, under the leadership of CEO Timur Turlov, is now offering a wide range of services including banking, brokerage, insurance, and lifestyle services in 22 countries worldwide.

With a workforce of 17,000 employees, including 1,500 IT and R&D specialists, Freedom Finance is developing its own AI infrastructure for client verification. Kazakhstan serves as a "financial technology laboratory" for the company, driving innovation and growth.

The revenue structure of Freedom Finance has undergone a significant change. The brokerage segment accounts for $717 million, insurance has grown by 2.1 times, banking revenues have increased by 47%, and other sectors including Lifestyle, Pay, Mobile have grown by 120%.

Freedom Finance's bank boasts 2.5 million active accounts, $4.4 billion in assets, and $2.2 billion in deposits. It offers digital mortgages, auto loans, multicurrency cards, and integration with government services.

The heart of Freedom Finance's transformation is the SuperApp, a unified digital platform that integrates numerous scenarios such as account opening, credit application, ticket purchase, insurance, online shopping, consultations, electronic services, and streaming content. The SuperApp is being tested in Central Asian and EU countries, and Freedom is integrating a single login and interface for users in Turkey and the UAE.

The SuperApp's ecosystem is designed to work on the principle of synergy, where each service strengthens the others. Marketplace expansion includes services for selling electronics, tires, services, and SIM cards, as well as exclusive offers in FreedomDrive and new installment plans through the bank, expected by fall.

Freedom Finance reported revenue of $2.1 billion, assets of $9.9 billion, and a user base of 11 million people. Around 2 million users are registered for the SuperApp, with over 183,000 using it daily. In January, a record was set with 73,000 new accounts opened in a single day.

Freedom Finance's insurance division has over a million active clients, settles claims in 15 minutes, uses AI automation, and averages payouts in 5 days. By the end of 2025, SuperApp will introduce the ability to buy and sell cryptocurrencies through the Binance Kazakhstan gateway.

Freedom Finance is one of the few companies with a presence in Central Asia whose stocks are included in international indices, such as the Russell 3000 and predicted to soon enter the Russell 1000. The company is also investing in its own training centres, building an optical network and 5G infrastructure, and deploying FWA internet with management through SuperApp, initially in Kuneye and Shymkent, then in Almaty and Astana.

Timur Turlov believes that an ecosystem is the answer to the high cost of acquiring and retaining customers in the digital market. He concludes that Freedom is bringing everything together on one platform, with one login, one interface, and one trust. According to Turlov, revenue diversification is a strategic effect of the ecosystem, reducing customer acquisition costs, increasing loyalty, and transforming Freedom into a stable digital platform less dependent on market fluctuations.

In conclusion, Freedom Finance's SuperApp and ecosystem strategy allow it to build a digital empire that is not just a fintech company but a broad, integrated infrastructure for how people live, spend, save, and invest, positioning it to export its digital model globally starting from Kazakhstan.
