In a move to adapt to these changing times, UPS has announced plans to offer voluntary buyouts to union drivers, aiming to streamline operations and remain competitive in the evolving landscape. The integration of humanoid robots, if successful, could further revolutionize the company's operations, making UPS a leader in the integration of AI and robotics in the logistics sector.
