Office Flex Room Provider, PPDS, Introduces the 'Maximum Office-Away-from-Office Shared Workspace Experience'

Experience ultimate office flexibility with PPDS's shared workspace solution, offering a work-from-home alternative that rivals traditional office settings.

In a significant move, WorkBetter, a flexible workspaces provider founded in 2021, has completed an upgrade and modernization program in collaboration with PPDS and OmniChannel BG. The project, which saw the implementation of advanced AV solutions, reflects WorkBetter's commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology and fostering a productive and engaging work environment.

At the heart of the project is a 65-inch Philips Collaboration (E-Line) display, complemented by 8x55-inch, 6x65-inch, and 2x75-inch Philips Business TVs. A network of displays, totalling 30 Philips Professional Displays, now supports nearly 130,000 square feet (over 12,000 square meters) of flex-office space and more than 1,300 working stations.

Tony Aleksandrov, co-founder and CEO at WorkBetter, expressed satisfaction with the project, stating, "This project reflects our commitment to delivering cutting-edge AV solutions that enhance the work experience for our clients."

The gym at WorkBetter has also benefited from the upgrade, with displays installed for easy control of the audio system. Philips T-Line multi-touch displays were installed for an advanced, remotely managed room booking system. A large Philips Unite LED 5000 Series 1.5 pixel pitch wall was installed, supporting up to 12-bit colors and HDR10+ resolution, enhancing brand image and communication opportunities.

The solution includes information displays, presentation displays, collaboration displays, and room booking and control displays, all integrated into a smart, unified system. Power-over-Ethernet enabled flexible and effortless placement of the Philips T-Line displays on office walls.

The project has exceeded client expectations, delivering a seamless, high-impact environment with powerful technology. With this upgrade, WorkBetter has further solidified its position as a provider of innovative and efficient workspaces.

WorkBetter has expanded to three locations, offering co-working options for daily, weekly, monthly, or permanent residency. The fleet of displays consumes less energy, improving time efficiency.

As companies navigate the "hybrid permanence challenge" of sustaining effective long-term hybrid work environments, WorkBetter's investment in advanced AV solutions underscores their commitment to addressing the key risks of communication gaps, uneven team bonding, performance tracking difficulties, security concerns, and uneven flexibility access. By focusing on outcomes and goal tracking, using communication and collaboration tools, organizing regular online check-ins, and providing clarity on role-based flexibility, WorkBetter is ensuring a hybrid work environment that is not just a temporary fix, but a permanent feature of their operations.
