EnBW immo+ and ChargeHere Partner to Boost Electromobility in Residential Properties

EnBW immo+, the residential real estate division of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, and ChargeHere, a full-service provider for charging infrastructure, have joined forces to make electric vehicle (EV) charging more accessible in multi-family homes and neighborhoods.

EnBW immo+ specializes in energy-technical overall solutions for residential buildings, including electricity, photovoltaics, and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. They have now exclusively partnered with ChargeHere for the charging infrastructure in multi-family homes.

ChargeHere equips large parking lots with its charging solution, gradually transforming every parking space into a charging possibility. Their charging stations can be easily and demand-driven retrofitted at any parking space, using the innovative backplate approach. The stations are high-quality, future-proof, and offer an attractive price-performance ratio.

ChargeHere takes over the complete operation of the charging infrastructure, including installation, maintenance, user support, and billing. They optimize network utilization and increase the energy efficiency of their customers.

The collaboration between EnBW immo+ and ChargeHere aims to strengthen and strategically further develop the area of electromobility. Dr. Alexander Conreder, head of EnBW immo+, states that ChargeHere's offering complements their overall offering for the housing industry well, due to its innovative technology and extensive experience in implementing charging infrastructure in residential real estate.

Dr. Sylvie Römer, CEO of ChargeHere, shares that the collaboration with EnBW immo+ sends a strong signal to the industry. Together, they bundle their strengths into a comprehensive offering for electromobility in multi-family homes.

This partnership supports the broader goal of promoting sustainable mobility and increasing the adoption of electric vehicles in everyday living environments. For property owners and residents, it means easier access to EV charging solutions that are tailored to their needs.
