The entry-level D-Max eDL40 model comes equipped with a range of features that cater to both comfort and functionality. It boasts a six-speaker sound system, heated front seats, digital driver display, dual-zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors, and LED headlights. The vehicle uses a 66.9kWh lithium-ion NMC battery, capable of DC fast charging up to 50 kW. With rapid charging speeds, a 10-80% top-up takes approximately 60 minutes, while 0-100% AC charging takes around 10 hours.

The D-Max EV features a DeDion suspension setup that replaces the rear leaf springs with coil springs, maintaining off-road performance while enhancing ride quality. It has a ground clearance of 210mm and a wading depth of 600mm.

In terms of safety, the D-Max EV includes a 125,000 mile, five-year warranty, as well as features such as Bi-LED headlights and a 360-degree camera system. Stepping up to the eV-Cross spec adds an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, leather upholstery, and an eight-speaker sound system.
