Commission's Explanation of Implemented Actions Detailed
The Competence Center Process Management Real Estate (CC PMRE) has announced the launch of a new market analysis, titled the PMRE Monitor 2026. This study, conducted under the motto "Innovations Radar: Staying on the Right Track!", aims to provide a compass for innovative action in the real estate industry.
The focus of the study will be on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing the attractiveness and innovation in the real estate sector. The analysis will address how real estate companies can become more innovative and successful by leveraging AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
Experts involved in the market analysis for spring 2026 include specialists from the real estate industry as well as representatives of Generation Z. The collaboration for this study extends to the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Berlin (HTW) and cctm real estate & infrastructure AG in Basel.
The PMRE Monitor 2026 will aim to answer three key questions:
- What are the current trends in the use of AI and other innovative technologies in the real estate industry?
- How can real estate companies incorporate these technologies to enhance the attractiveness and value of their properties?
- What are the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the integration of AI and innovation in the real estate sector?
The online questionnaire for the market analysis is available until October 10, 2025. All participants in the market analysis will receive the results of the PMRE Monitor 2026 once it is published in the coming spring.
