Coalition Expands to France with Active Cyber Insurance Programme
Cyber risk management specialist, Coalition, has expanded its services into France. The company has launched its Active Cyber Insurance programme, supported by Allianz Commercial, and has appointed key personnel to drive its growth in the region.
Coalition's new Active Cyber Insurance in France offers a comprehensive approach to cyber risk, combining assessments, alerts, and additional security services. The platform, Coalition Control, will be accessible to insured companies, helping them manage and mitigate their cyber risks effectively.
The programme is led by Tine Simonsen, Coalition's head of Insurance for Continental Europe. Simonsen has expressed the company's commitment to helping French businesses strengthen their cyber defenses and reduce financial losses. Frederic Gatte, a cyber insurance expert from Onda and Diot Siaci, has joined the team as director of underwriting, further bolstering the company's expertise.
Supporting the French team is Tom Paparella, a production underwriter from Coalition's US operations. Benjamin Baret has been appointed as the head of business development for France, leading the company's new operations in the country. Allianz Commercial is backing the programme by offering capacity through Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.
Coalition's Active Cyber Insurance is now available to French companies with revenues up to €1bn. The programme aims to establish long-lasting relationships with brokers and agencies, offering extensive training materials and a streamlined quoting process. By providing an integrated approach to cyber risk management, Coalition seeks to empower French businesses to protect themselves against the growing threat of cyber attacks.
