Bitcoin developer Dan Gould and his colleague Ben Allen have been making waves in the cryptocurrency world with their work on Payjoin, a privacy-focused transaction tool. Recently, Ben Allen was awarded the Maelstrom Bitcoin Developer Grant for his contributions to the project.
Payjoin disrupts common assumptions used by financial surveillance firms by allowing both the sender and receiver to contribute inputs to a single Bitcoin transaction. This innovative approach improves user anonymity and network scalability. Gould, a renowned Bitcoin developer and expert in blockchain and cryptocurrency protocols, has been instrumental in the development and promotion of Payjoin, also known as BTC price P2EP.
