Audi Unveils 2017 A5 & S5 Sportback: Practical Luxury with Powerful Engines
Audi has unveiled the 2017 A5 and S5 Sportback, set to hit UK dealers in early 2017. The new models, revealed ahead of the Paris Motor Show, share many features with their Coupe counterparts but offer five-door practicality.
The A5/S5 Sportback retains the identical front and rear design as the Coupe, with the primary distinction being the additional two doors. Inside, the cabin mirrors the A5 Coupe, providing a premium and spacious environment for five occupants.
Powering the S5 Sportback is a 394bhp 3.0-litre V6 engine, identical to the one found in the S5 Coupe. For the A5 Sportback, engine options span from 2.0-litre petrol and diesel units to a 3.0-litre diesel, offering a range of outputs to suit various preferences.
Pricing for the 2017 Audi S5 Sportback in Germany varies depending on mileage and condition, with used models typically listed between €29,500 and €37,850. Audi has yet to confirm the price difference between the Coupe and Sportback models for the UK market.
