Amur Electric Delivers Egypt-Tailored Transformer Substation for El Dabaa Nuclear Plant

A transformer substation, tailored to Egypt's climate, has been developed by Amur Electric in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. It's bound for El Dabaa, where a nuclear power plant is under construction. The substation, which can handle 5000 kVA, was manufactured by M1 in Khabarovsk.

The substation is coated with a specialized paint that resists sun, sand, and moisture, ensuring longevity in Egypt's harsh climate. It also features advanced ventilation and filtration systems to keep sand and dust out of the electrical sections. The project was completed swiftly, from initial design to readiness for shipment, within a mere month. This rapid turnaround is a testament to the companies' efficiency and commitment to the project.

The transformer substation, fully adapted to Egypt's climate and equipped with protective measures against environmental factors, is set to play a crucial role in the construction of the nuclear power plant in El Dabaa. Its timely completion and shipment ensure the project stays on track.
